What should I do if I do not receive my
orders within the time frame? |

Please always check with your post
office if you do not receive your parcel by the second week
from the day you purchased from us. It could be in the post
office due to undeliveries etc. For genuine cases of
lost mails or faulty discs, we will send a one time
replacement only. |

EMS or Speed post will take 5 to
15 Days to reach most of the countries. However, it could take

only require to select 10 or 5 for UK and perform check out
from our shopping cart. You will see a column 'Notes and
Instructions', simply type in your free titles there. |

What should I do
if I don't receive my order within the time frame ? |

check with your nearest post office to see if they have any undelivered
mail to your address. Email us immediately with your order
number. All orders with VCDisc are fully backed up for lost
mails, faulty disc etc. |

order requirement .However, for orders less than 10, they will
be shipped via registered mail. |

How is the quality of your
movies ? |

The quality of the
movies we carry is depending on the movie titles. Older titles
are generally better than the new released version. However,
we have been very selective in new stocks, they are always of
the best quality we sourced. |

I know when
movies first come out they are usually lesser quality like
Telesync, but I know as time goes on some movies quality is
upgraded, I was curious if you upgrade the quality of the
movies, or is the way the movie comes out say opening week, is
that the quality that is shipped the whole time ? I guess I'm
talking if the movies are upgraded from Telesync to Screeners

Yes, we
do upgrade our movies' version from time to time. Newly
released version will be upgraded to screener normally in
about 2 weeks time. However, we have been very selective on
the titles we carry. Most of our new movies are of good
quality Telesync. |
